How are discount codes created?

Behavik pre-creates a pool of Shopify discount codes per active playbook and assigns one unique code to each qualifying visitor. You do not manage codes manually. Codes are typically single-use.

Does Behavik discount every visitor?

No. Offers appear only when a playbook condition you set is met — not before, not after. That protects your margins, keeps perceived value high, and avoids training shoppers to wait for coupons.

How is this different from email or SMS cart recovery?

Email and SMS fire after the shopper has already left. Behavik recovers while they are still on your store, at the exact moment of hesitation.
